Therapy and Rehab Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Customer Service Representative for our outpatient clinics.

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accurately and professionally:
  • Communicating with Insurance Companies, Patients, Therapists, and Physician offices
  • Inputting Insurance and Billing Information
  • Greeting and registering new patients
  • Maintaining an organized front office
Qualifications: 3 years of experience working in a medical office, including verification of benefits, answering phones, patient scheduling utilizing EMR, while maintaining composure and a friendly temperament in a fast-paced environment.

CSRs interact with everyone in the clinic, so a positive attitude and ability to work well with others is essential.
Occupational Therapist- Home Health (Full-Time)
Occupational Therapist

Therapy & Rehab Solutions has a Occupational Therapist position available.

Position Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will work with patients in a Home Health Setting, initially evaluating them and establishing a plan of care. The Occupational Therapist should be able to develop a plan of care using their skills as, identifying goals and ensuring patients are progressing and adapting the treatment plan according to progress and other applicable conditions. 


Essential Functions & Duties:
·         Demonstrate complete competence in oral and written communication while maintaining accurate departmental records
·         Develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills by aiding patients in improving or performing their basic motor functions and reasoning abilities
·         Designs a schedule that allows completion of all work activities, including paperwork, in an efficient and effective manner
·         Collaborates with other professionals to serve the needs of the patient by actively listening, responding professionally to feedback, and demonstrating collaborative therapy and co-treatment
·         Earn continuing education of professional development units sufficient to meet requirements for state licensure requirements, and certification maintenance if applicable

Secondary Functions & Duties:
·         Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary for providing or facilitating treatment from culturally and linguistically different background
·         Participate and/or present in-service lectures to other staff members, students or other groups of interest
·         Assist with clinical education for OT and OTA interns
·         Assist in coverage needs for other facilities as needed
·         Assist with preparation of departmental objectives
·         Assist with departmental PI Data collection and peer review process
·         Serve on TRS committees as needed

Education and Experience:
·         Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program/Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program or licensed by the state of Arkansas in the Occupational Therapy Practice Act
·         Current registration by the American Occupational Therapy Association
·         Must be familiar with all up-to-date techniques and treatment s covering the entire field of Occupational Therapy
·         Licensure qualifies therapist to assess and treat the pediatric through the geriatric population with a focus toward National Patient Safety Goals
·         Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy by the Arkansas State Board Medical Board

Skills and Core Competencies:
·         Uses appropriate verbal, nonverbal, and written communication with all individuals when engaged in Occupational Therapy practice, research, education, including patients, families, practitioners, and co-workers
·         Able to express own ideas and feelings clearly and demonstrate a willingness and ability to give and receive feedback

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

·         Maintain and assume a variety of positions including, frequent standing or sitting, walking, bending, climbing, squatting, stooping, kneeling, reaching forward and overhead, turning, and movement of the trunk and neck in all directions
·         Perform manual material handling and manipulation of various sizes and weights including, lifting and transferring patients, guarding and balancing patients on level/uneven surfaces/ramps/stairs, pushing and pulling to provide resistance and to assist in maneuvering patients

Therapy Technician Position Needed (Part-time/Weekend)
Therapy Technician Position (Part-time/Weekend)

 Therapy and Rehab Solutions is hiring a part-time therapy technician in the Acute Care Environment. The Therapy Technician will be available to assist the Licensed Therapist with the unskilled care of all Therapy Patients, in an out-patient setting and will be responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and organization of all therapy equipment and supplies.

Schedule:
Half days (8:00 AM - 12:00 pm)
1-2 weekends per month
1-2 holidays per year

Essential Functions & Duties:
·         Assist in patient treatment set-ups, including traction, hot packs, cold packs, IFC, weights, and other equipment
·         Clean areas after patient treatments and assist in the cleaning and folding of linen
·         Requisition of supplies and equipment
·         Assist with infection control cultures of all hydro tanks and other infection control requirements
·         Demonstrate proper transfer techniques
·         Monitors patient’s status during treatment and promptly notifies therapists of changes in patient condition

Education and Experience:
·         High school diploma
