Credentials: MS, CCC-SLP

Jessica’s career began as an Inpatient Acute Care Speech Therapist in a large hospital in Little Rock. She moved to Conway in 2004 to begin working at Conway Regional Rehabilitation Hospital where she developed their speech therapy program. There, her knack for piecing together the scheduling puzzle was identified and she was charged with scheduling therapy services for the Rehabilitation Hospital. From then, her managing responsibilities have continued to grow.

She now manages a team of over 100 professionals in a variety of settings, including four outpatient clinics, inpatient acute care, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, and home health therapy services. She also stays up to date on the most recent compliance issues regarding Medicare and all therapy regulations, while continuing to treat patients on occasion.

Jessica received two bachelor degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders. She then completed her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

When she is not at work, she enjoys early morning runs, traveling to new places, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and two children, Jake and Jordyn.
